Maple Grove Tavern was built in 1933 by the Bertorelli family who owned and
operated the Inn until 1949. Its second owner kept the property for only 6 months, selling it to Lillian Ingraham, known to everyone as “Grandma”.
Grandma Ingraham and her grandaughter Barney owned it until Grandma’s passing in 1979.
My family had been coming to “The Grove” for many years and made many friends and some great memories. When they had the opportunity to purchase the Grove in 1980, my parents, Gerry and Dixie Capps, both agreed they should. My brother Tom and I operated it from the late 1980’s through 2003.
I, Todd Capps and my wife Sheri are now sole owners.
We hope you will have great food, great fun and lasting memories.
